You're chatting with an AI
The shopping assistant in this store is an AI system, not a person. It's made by KameleonAI and used by the store you're visiting.
It can answer questions about the store's products and policies, help you find things, compare options, and add items to your cart. It can't process payments, change an order, or make promises on the store's behalf. It can be wrong. If something matters to your purchase, check with the store.
If you'd rather talk to a person, ask and it will point you to the store's contact details.
What we do with what you tell it
The store you're visiting decides how your data is used. We handle it for them. If you want to exercise any of your privacy rights, contact the store first, but you can also write to us at privacy@kameleonai.com and we'll act on it.
In short, we handle:
- What you type, and what the assistant replies. Please don't enter payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal information; the assistant doesn't need them and you shouldn't share them here.
- What you look at on the store (pages and products viewed, searches, and cart activity), so the assistant can help with what you're actually shopping for.
- A rough read on what you're looking for, so the assistant can be useful rather than generic. It doesn't affect the prices you see or the discounts you're offered. Everyone sees the same prices.
- Your order details, if you ask about an order. We don't receive your name, email address, phone number or street address. The store's platform removes those before they reach us.

Your choices
- Turn off personalisation. There's a control in the chat window. The assistant keeps working; it just stops building a picture of you and stops starting conversations on its own.
- Cookie choices. If this store shows a cookie banner, we follow whatever you chose there. Change your mind and it takes effect straight away.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request not to be profiled, and we honour it automatically.
- Delete your data from the chat. There's a "Delete my data" control in the chat window. It deletes the chat and browsing data tied to this browser, and you don't need to tell anyone who you are.
- Access, correct or delete your data. Contact the store, or write to us at privacy@kameleonai.com. We respond within 30 days.
Using the assistant fairly
Almost nobody needs to read this part. It's here for the small number of people who don't shop.
Please don't use the assistant to: extract its instructions or push it outside its role; generate unlawful, harassing or infringing content; scrape the store's catalog; look up orders that aren't yours; or send automated traffic. We may limit access where any of that happens. Normal shopping (including asking a lot of questions, changing your mind, and not buying anything) is not that.
